Focusing on Intelligent Manufacturing | GDE Carries out Digital and Intelligent Exchange Activities with Panyu District Enterprise Construction Service Center and Panyu District Science, Industry, Com Edit Date：2025/06/12

       To deeply implement the spirit of the document Guangzhou Panyu District Manufacturing Digital Empowerment Action Plan (2025-2027), recently, Li Zhenzhou, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of GDE, and Zhu Cheng, Deputy General Manager of GDE, visited the Panyu District Enterprise Construction Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the “District Enterprise Service Center”) and the Panyu District Science, Industry, Commerce and Information Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the “District Science, Industry, Commerce and Information Bureau”) respectively. They carried out in-depth exchanges on issues such as intelligent construction helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, and digital transformation of industrial parks. The main responsible leaders of the District Enterprise Service Center and the District Science, Industry, Commerce and Information Bureau attended the exchange activities.

       The leaders of the District Enterprise Service Center and the District Science, Industry, Commerce and Information Bureau expressed gratitude to GDE for its strong service to the construction of Panyu District, and said that they hoped GDE could continue to give play to the advantages of digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing, customize intelligent technical transformation solutions for enterprises, help industrial parks with “intelligent transformation and digital transformation” with experience in intelligent manufacturing projects, inject intelligent momentum into Panyu’s development, construction and industrial upgrading, and help Panyu build an intelligent industrial highland.

       As a leading scientific and technological state-owned engineering enterprise in Panyu District, GDE relies on the advantages of “3D visualization scheme + cost model + intuitive price system”, and has many benchmark cases in digital transformation of industrial parks and intelligent manufacturing projects, covering the whole life cycle of planning and design, engineering construction and operation optimization. In the follow-up, GDE will further deepen its cultivation in Panyu, implement the decision-making and deployment of the Panyu District Party Committee and the District Government, take digital transformation as the engine, and contribute more to Panyu’s “intelligent manufacturing + intelligent core” industrial landscape.

 R&D and Manufacturing Base Project of Professional Special Environmental Systems of Guangdong Shenglin Environmental System Co., Ltd.

       The project is located in Shunde High-tech Zone, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 200 mu. It integrates intelligent manufacturing, testing and verification, and intelligent office, including buildings such as workshops, comprehensive buildings and R&D buildings. The project has been selected into the typical cases of zero-energy buildings of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, excellent demonstration projects of comprehensive intelligent energy in Guangdong Province, the first batch of carbon peak and carbon neutrality pilot lists in Guangdong Province, the demonstration project of “zero-energy building” in Foshan City, and the top ten green, low-carbon and energy-saving demonstration projects in Shunde District. It obtained the dual certification of “zero-energy building” design and operation in 2023 and the global LEED Platinum Certification in 2024.

 Lithium Battery Production Equipment Manufacturing Base Project of Guangdong Jiato Automation Technology Co., Ltd.

       The project is the core industrial base laid out by Shanghai Putailai Group in South China, located in Binjiang Industrial New City, Liantang Town, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. The project plans and designs lithium battery mechanical production equipment and platforms, focuses on the new energy industry, and is a key project for Gaoyao District to build advanced energy storage materials for new energy vehicles. Relying on the three core competitiveness - proprietary technology system construction, efficient production capacity release mechanism, and whole industrial chain integration capability, it strives to build a benchmark project in the field of new energy equipment manufacturing in Zhaoqing City and inject strong momentum into the regional new energy industry upgrading.

 Baiyun High-tech Zone · Intelligent Manufacturing Park Project

       The project is located in the core area of Guangzhou Rail Transit Equipment Industrial Park. Guided by the “double carbon” concept, the project focuses on introducing strategic emerging industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing and artificial intelligence, and builds an intelligent manufacturing industry ecosystem integrating production, R&D and office.

 China Southern Airlines Flight Comprehensive Building Project of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

       The project is located in the core area of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and is a modern aviation comprehensive support base key built by China Southern Airlines Group. With the design concept of “smart aviation”, the project deeply integrates the intelligent management system and green building technology, and is equipped with advanced simulation training facilities, data analysis centers and health management areas to comprehensively improve the safety and service quality of aviation operations. After the project is completed, it will further strengthen the aviation hub function of Baiyun International Airport and help China Southern Airlines build a world-class aviation service system.

 Capacity Expansion and Upgrading Reconstruction Project of Phase I of Lingxing Industrial Park

       The project is located in the core industrial belt of Panyu District. It aims to transform and upgrade the original old industrial zone into a modern industrial park integrating intelligent manufacturing, R&D and office, and green ecology through scientific planning and modern design. After the project is completed, it will significantly improve the land use value and industrial competitiveness of Lingxing Industrial Zone and inject new momentum into the high-quality economic development of Panyu District.
